For decades, we have offered our customers the Katahdin Challenge all year long as a useful tool to make sense of many different packages offered. Our simple 24-point checklist allows you to really compare each estimate using the same elements—apples to apples as we like to say.
For our Ultimate Katahdin Challenge, all you have to do is take The Katahdin Challenge, provide copies of up to two competitive estimates, and let your Katahdin Dealer do the rest. To qualify, the minimum package must be $50,000 or more. A minimum deposit of 10% of the package price or $5,000 (whichever is less) must be received by midnight May 31, 2011. Buyers must take delivery of the log home package by December 31, 2011. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Current contracts not eligible for this promotion.
