Extreme-Makeover is a larger size cedar log home kit with 3,197 sq. ft. The plan features 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a basement, two car garage, large patio and gazebo as well as a spacious loft. As a result of the design, this spacious log home with its built-in garage/basement combo can be placed on a moderately-sized piece of property. The patio features a staircase leading to the lawn for easy access up or down. Similar to most Katahdin cedar log homes the Extreme-Makeover features cathedral ceilings and a central fireplace and chimney. The large bedrooms and living rooms make this great for almost any size family.
